Big Al's Franchise Start Up Costs

A turnkey store of between 60 - 100 sq meters will cost in the region of
R 650.000.00 (Excluding VAT) depending on the store size, layout and location.

A 15% deposit is payable on signing of the Franchise Agreement. The remaining amount will be payable as soon as a suitable premise has been identified and the lease agreement concluded.

In adittion to the above, Franchisees should have in the region of
R 50,000.00 available as starting capital. This would cover instances such as staff salaries, rental and utility deposits. (Amongst others)

The Big Al's Monthly Management fee shall be equivalent to 3.5% of turnover (Excluding VAT)

The monthly contribution to the Big Al's Franchise Marketing fund will be set at 1% of turnover (Excluding VAT)
